
We will prepare the body and mind through a yin practice with slow, gentle movements and extended stretches down on the mat, releasing tension in the body and opening us up to breathe freely.
Following the Yin sequence led by Charles, Joe will guide you into the Breathwork. Circular Breathing or Conscious Connected Breathing is a potent way to move frozen energy from the mind, body and heart. This breath clears space for what truly matters, helping us see with more honesty and simplicity. It can be a gentle or an eruptive reset – shifting us from stuck to open, from thinking to feeling, from noise to clarity.
This session is open to both newcomers and those more experienced with Breathwork. It will be facilitated in a way that ensures that each participant remains in control of their own experience. Through exploration and curiosity, this style of breathing may reveal something that lies hidden within you.
