SUMMARY:Restorative Sound Bathing
DESCRIPTION:Following on from our sell out Sound Bathing experience at the beginning of January \, Jyoti and Alex are excited to bring the opportunity of Restorative Sound Bathing back in February.  They will guide you through a relaxation\, a sound bath that will restore your energy and give you an opportunity to switch off.  As a well regarded sound bath practitioner\, Jyoti will use her skill with singing bowls\, percussion and voice to send you on a peaceful journey while Alex supports you in a restorative practice ending with a Yoga Nidra. \nThis sound bathing experience will take you into the following week with a sense of renewal having shaken off anxieties and tiredness resting on your nervous system. \nThis would be a lovely event to experience with someone you care about\, you partner\, best friend or family member. \n  \n
