At our yoga studio in Leith, we offer specialised antenatal yoga classes designed to support you through your pregnancy journey. Our antenatal yoga classes are tailored to meet the particular needs of pregnant women, with a focus on gentle movement, breathwork, rest and relaxation.
Class Schedule: Our pregnancy yoga classes run on Saturdays late morning. We also run workshops from time to time.
