Hello I am Moni. I’ve been practising yoga for 15 years, on and off, but it truly became a vital part of my life after I experienced a hormonal imbalance in my early 30s.
In my search for healing, I explored breathwork, meditation, and various therapies, but ultimately found yoga to be the most effective tool for nurturing both my body and mind. It has instilled in me a sense of patience and resilience, transforming how I approach life’s challenges.
I’ve completed over 200 hours of RYT Vinyasa training in my home country of Mexico, and I hope to guide you through your practice and inspire you to discover your own path to balance.
