Contract Details & Terms and Conditions

1. Pass and Payment

1.1 £30 upfront payment.

1.2 Unlimited Yoga and Pilates classes anytime.

1.3 Runs for 14 consecutive days starting from the date of the first booked class.

1.4 Requires a valid student ID/verification.

2. Student Eligibility

2.1 The pass is available exclusively to active students with a valid, college or university-issued student ID.

2.2 Proof of enrollment must be presented by emailing alex@tidal.yoga with a photo of your student card.

3. Upgrade and Refund

3.1 If a student decides to upgrade to a 9 or 12 month contract before this 2-week pass expires, the £30 pass fee will be refunded.

4. Statutory Rights

4.1 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation rights.
