We will prepare the body and mind through a yin practice with slow gentle movements and extended stretches down on the mat, releasing tension in our connective tissue and shifting our nervous system more into the parasympathetic (rest & digest).

Following the Yin sequence with Charles, Joe will guide a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, lifting you from a deep state of rest into a space where the breath truly comes alive. Through this powerful practice, we can access expanded states of consciousness – shifting perspective, feeling profound emotion, releasing what no longer serves, and touching the vast oceanic sense of oneness within.
This session is open to both newcomers and experienced conscious breathers. It will be facilitated with care, ensuring that each participant remains in control of their own experience. Through gentle, guided instruction, the breath may move through you and reveal what lies beneath the surface, offering space for release, healing, and insight.

What to Expect in the Workshop :

• Gentle movement and stretch poses to prepare your body and mind for the breath work.

• Time to reflect on your breathing experience.

• Space for integration, with optional group sharing.

What to Bring :

• A journal and pen for reflections.

• A water bottle to stay hydrated.

• Any small personal items for comfort.  Bring layers and socks to keep you cosy.
