
Training for the Edinburgh Marathon Festival?
This series of workshops is curated specifically with runners in mind. Designed to help you stretch, strengthen and go further this season.
Join us for a yoga flow that supports injury prevention, recovery, and performance, so you can just show up to your runs feeling stronger, more balanced, and better prepared.
Your instructor Janessa, will be right there training alongside you – taking on the half marathon herself – and bringing both her health and psychology background and yoga expertise into a practical workshop-style class tailored for runners.
These sessions is also part of a fundraising initiative for Health in Mind, a charity providing vital mental health support across Scotland. £8 from every ticket will go directly towards their work.
Come for the movement, stay for the community – and be part of something that supports both your run and someone else’s wellbeing.
There will be two further Yoga for Runners workshops taking place at Tidal Yoga. 2nd May at 3pm and 16th May at 3pm
