
Join us for a 2-hour gathering where you can slow down, reflect, and set intentions for the new lunar cycle.
We’ll start with a gentle introduction and some guided journaling prompts. Next, you’ll enjoy a 50-minute slow flow practice to help release tension and reconnect with your body. After that, we’ll share a guided cacao ritual, then return to journaling to set clear and grounded intentions.
The session will close with a guided meditation and optional chanting accompanied by shamanic drumming. You’re welcome to join in or simply relax and take it all in.
