Tidal’s yoga teachers come from a diverse range of backgrounds and have very different life experiences. However, what our teachers share is Tidal’s belief that yoga should be accessible, supportive, and available to all.

Each of Tidal’s teachers brings their unique expertise and perspective to the studio, creating a diverse and enriching environment for everyone who joins us. With a shared commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, they’re here to support you at every stage of your practice. Ellen Forsyth

With a degree in Anatomy and currently studying MSc Physiotherapy, Ellen  hopes to share classes which help you practice safely for your physical body.

At the moment we have enough teachers on our books but we also acknowledge that the situation can change.  If you are a qualified yoga teacher who shares our belief that yoga should be accessible, supportive, and available to all? We love meeting teachers and find it really helpful if you have visited Tidal Yoga and practiced with us.  It gives you a better sense of the studio and us a chance to get to know you.
